L&W Supply is seeking motivated, success-driven college students and recent graduates for exciting career opportunities with the nation’s leading distributor of select interior building materials.

Apply your education and skills to an internship or enter our Branch Management Training Program.

Paid Internship Program

Interns will receive 10 weeks of paid training, competitive wages and the support of fellow associates and managers who have a vested interest in their future. This internship encompasses job shadowing, practical learning, training modules and presentations – all designed to maximize their L&W experience. Interns will receive product knowledge training to understand the materials we sell and the customers we sell them to. In addition, they will complete a final project on a topic that they have a hand in selecting.

Growth Opportunities and Career Development

Associates in the Branch Management Training Program will receive on-the-job training in all aspects of branch operations, as well as the opportunity to learn from an experienced branch manager and his/her team. In addition, they undergo comprehensive branch manager training at L&W Supply’s National Support Center. This training incorporates classroom lectures, case studies and guest speakers. When the training program is successfully completed, these associates are potential candidates to become branch managers at one of over 200 locations.
